Detailed Description

CARD_CMD_READ_BLOCK, CARD_CMD_SCAN_BLOCK: phys 0 shares the last header sector.

For READ_BLOCK, a negative phys only loads sector_buf (no checksum, no copy) so that the WRITE_HEADER after it keeps block 0's data.
